We can act as the nominee directors as well as the nominee shareholders for clients so that clients' personal information is not necessary to be disclosed at the public record. The nominee director performs instructions and directions given by the Principal and the Principal has the right to terminate the nomination at anytime. A nominee contract/declaration of trust will be signed for protection of the beneficial owner's ownership of its properties/assets.
