1. Monthly Payroll Services

  • Monthly salaries calculation according to the terms of employment contracts
  • To provide authorized signatories on client’s payroll account and arrange payroll application to bank after Client’s approval
  • Preparation and distribution to the employees the paper or electronic pay slip monthly and itemized payroll reports yearly
  • Communicate with the Client’s representative directly

2. Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) Contributions

  • Registration of MPF scheme, enrolment and termination of relevant employees
  • Monthly MPF Contributions calculation
  • Preparation of monthly contribution statement and submission the same to Trustee
  • Liaise with Trustee for question raised

3. Completion and Filing of Return and Notification

  • Form IR56B – Employer’s Return of Remuneration and Pensions
  • Form IR56F – Notification by Employer of an Employee who is about to cease to be employed
