Dr. Cheng, with the visit tour of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, visited to the Guangdong province Taxation Bureaux on 27 September 2011. The main objective of this trip is to enhance the understanding of the recent development in the tax policies and the operations of the Guangdong Province Taxation Bureaux.
